Play therapy is the most natural and developmentally appropriate form of therapy for children ages 3-13. Play allows children to process current and past events utilizing their language of play. As a child-centered play therapist, I work to help your child change from the inside out. When your child begins to believe in themselves, change starts to occur. This allows your child to grow into an authentic and integrated person that is better able to respond to triggers and changes.
